C0379 is all about the axle actuator control circuit. Should be 12V on the brown wire at the actuator, and the TCCM should see 12V coming through the actuator on the light blue wire. When the TCCM grounds the light blue wire the actuator locks the axle.So first check the four-wheel-drive fuse, then check that blue wire with the key on and the transfer case in four-wheel-drive. If the light blue wire has power, then replace the actuator. Fuse is good, has 12v. No 12v @ light blue wire @ transfer case or light blue wire @ actuator, while in 4wd.
